Charlie was born in Chicago, but has lived most of his life in Arizona. Dependability and knowledge are two important attributes that Charlie brings to the residential real estate business. Working on multi-million dollar land sales was key in developing his knowledge base; a ten-year sales career with fortune 500 companies solidified his desire to maintain long-term client relationships. Charlie will be the agent you turn to time and again to manage your real estate transactions.

An Arizona resident for 25+ years, Charlie attended the University of Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Business and Communication.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION:

Having been a licensed real estate agent for 10 years, Charlie concentrates on mid to high end homes in Arcadia, North/South Scottsdale, East Phoenix and vacant land brokerage experience throughout the Valley. On a personal note, Charlie is an active member in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and an advocate for homeless animals in the Valley.

HISTORY:

Chuck's extensive real estate experience which included land development, syndication, condominium conversion and brokerage of single-family, multiple-family and income-producing property and land. He was unparalleled in his understanding and knowledge of the golf courses and surrounding communities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Being by Chuck's side, his son Charlie has taken the same path in providing the clients of The O'Malley Group with the same professionalism and knowledge that his father instilled in him.

As a licensed real estate agent for more than 40 years, and a licensed broker in the state of Arizona for 27 years, Chuck was consistently ranked as top performers in the real estate industry. Various honors have been bestowed upon Chuck included the RE/MAX Platinum, Hall of Fame and Chairman's Club awards.
