The Golf Clubs
Drawing inspiration from their surroundings, The Golf Club at Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club embrace the natural splendor of their Mogollon Rim setting and offer courses as beautiful as they are challenging.
The Golf Club at Chaparral Pines is an award-winning, 18-hole, par 72 golf course that has been honored by Golf Digest as one of the top 10 new private golf courses in the U.S. The course was designed by former U.S. Open and PGA Champion David Graham and noted course architect Gary Panks. Chaparral Pines offers a series of lessons for junior golfers. Lessons are taught by the golf staff to children and grandchildren of club members and focus on golf fundamentals.
Recently ranked in the top 20 of Golfweeks’ “100 Best Modern Golf Courses in the U.S.”, The Rim’s 18-hole, par 71 golf course represents one of the finest collaborations of the renowned Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish design team. The 5,200 – 7,200-yard course features magnificent mountain vistas and enormous rock formations which provide a unique challenge.
Golf Membership
REGULAR MEMBERSHIPS (Equity Membership)
There are 295 Regular Memberships available to owners of real property in The Rim Golf Club. The present initiation fee for a Regular membership is $150,000. Present dues are $975.00 per month.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS
A corporation, partnership, trust, or other business or legal entity may hold membership in the Club, however, the use rights of such membership may be enjoyed by only one individual designated by the entity and such individual’s family. The Corporate designee may be changed no more than once in any calendar year.
Membership Privileges
Members and their families, which shall include the member’s spouse and their children under the age of 22, are entitled to use all of the Club facilities (golf course, practice range, putting green, locker facilities, golf shop, clubhouse and dining facilities, swimming pool, fitness center, and tennis) during operating hours. The club shall not charge green fees for members’ and their families’ entitled to use the golf course. Trail fees for privately owned golf carts are required.
**At the present time Rim Club Members can also play the Chaparral Pines golf course and enjoy the Clubhouse and dining facilities at no additional charge.**
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPS
The Club may issue non-equity Social memberships to property owners within the Community who do not hold a Regular membership. Social members are entitled to use all the Club facilities except the Golf facilities (golf course, practice range, putting green, & locker facilities).
Honorary Members
The Club shall have the ability to grant up to 8 Honorary memberships to such persons or entities as the Managing Governor may determine in its sole discretion.

Chaparral Pines Reciprocal Members
There are 110 Reciprocal Members at the present time.
Neighborhoods and Home Sites
Elk Run is a golf cottage community of 50 home sites. Access to clubhouse, dining facilities and all community amenities is associated with a Trailhead membership attached to each home site. All current members have the option to upgrade to full golf membership subject to availability. Floor plans in this community range from 1,454 sq. ft. to 2,346 sq. ft. Pine Island is a private gated golf cottage community of 43 home sites. Access to the clubhouse, dining facilities and all community amenities is associated with a Trailhead membership attached to each home site. All members have the option to upgrade to a full golf membership subject to availability. Floor plans range from 1,737 sq. ft. to 3,440 sq. ft.
