Golf Club Membership Options
Initiation fee - $14,000 (50% equity) or $6,000 (0% equity). $399 monthly dues for first 12 months. If member refers another member, dues stay the same for another 12 months. If not, they go up to $483 per month after 12 months. $75 per month food/bev minimum.
Summer deal:
$1,250 one time fee. Includes unlimited golf after 9am with cart.

The featured hole at Tatum Ranch is the 351-yard par-4 7th hole, a dogleg right that is a true test of the golfer's nerve. A large lateral water hazard is in play both from the tee and for the approach to the green, which is nestled up behind the water.
