Gainey Ranch
Located in the heart of Scottsdale, Gainey Ranch was once a 640-acre Arabian horse ranch owned by Daniel C. Gainey. The clubhouse offers panoramic views of majestic mountains, picturesque lakes and lush rolling fairways. Gainey Ranch Golf Club consists of the 27-hole award-winning golf course, grass practice facilities, full service locker rooms, Terraces Dining Room, Member’s Grill and the Outlook Boutique which has been rated one of the Top 100 Golf Shops by Golf Shop Operations magazine. In addition, membership at Gainey Ranch Golf Club allows you access to any of over 150 private golf, tennis, athletic and dining clubs located worldwide through our Signature Gold program.
You will be happy to note that Gainey Ranch does not have any food and beverage minimums and does not assess for capital improvements.

GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Includes all Club Amenities, Unlimited Golf, Seven (7) Day Advance Starting Times, Men’s & Women’s Golf Associations.
GOLD – 90% Transferable Initiation Deposit - $25,000*
Transferable Memberships can be transferred (see membership plan for details) 90% Refund of the “then current” Initiation Deposit at the time of transfer.
*Current Board of Governors is offering a special certificate on this category
BRONZE - Non-Transferable Initiation Deposit - $15,000*
100% Refundable Initiation Deposition thirty (30) years from the date of acceptance.
*Current Board of Governors is offering a special certificate on this category
CORPORATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Includes all Club Amenities, Unlimited Golf, Seven (7) Day Advance Starting Times, Men’s & Women’s Golf Associations and discounts on Golf and Private Events. Corporate Golf Memberships can be re-designated to another individual in the same corporation for 5% Change of Designee Fee based on the then current Non-Transferable Membership Deposit.
Non-Transferable Initiation Deposit (2 Members) - $25,000*
100% Refundable Initiation Deposition thirty (30) years from the date of acceptance.
*Current Board of Governors Certificate offers two Corporate Designees
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Access to all Clubhouse Amenities Year – Round including the Practice Facilities, Unlimited Golf May 1st – December 31st of each year.
