The Golf Course
Golf takes center stage at Flagstaff Ranch. The par-72 course winds gracefully through the community, providing dramatic elevation changes and equally dramatic views. As the course climbs up, you’ll spot snowcapped peaks or see the green of the meadow below you. Tall pines guard the fairways and enhance the alpine feel of the course.

Featured Hole
The par-3 12th hole at The Ranch provides a dramatic view of the Caldera and surrounding mountain ridges. Be careful not to get too wrapped up in the view, as this hole is the most difficult par-3 on the course. The green on this hole is completely surrounded by a lateral hazard that must be carried by your tee shot. It features two distinct tiers that reward an accurate tee shot with a birdie opportunity. However, shots finding the wrong tier will struggle to make par, and those missing the green will be happy to make bogey. Despite the fact that this serene hole only measures between 132 and 195 yards, impending danger lurks around every corner.
